Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is a leading national defense firm seeking a skilled Tennessee licensed attorney with experience in medical malpractice and long term care litigation defense. Our Nashville, TN office is looking for a seasoned litigator to handle files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare motions, covering hearings, and preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as well.
  • Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, appellate activity, and discovery related motions.
  • Regularly attend court appearances and take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent research abilities, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with medical records analysis and drafting discovery and responding to discovery.
