Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor activities in exercise equipment areas, aquatic areas, and spa, reporting any safety and facility concerns to management.
- Perform minor custodial duties, including wiping down machines and picking up discarded items.
- Book, change, and cancel spa appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy.
- Handle guests' questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Advanced customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional organization and tracking skills, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with staff and homeowners at all levels.
- Must be flexible and capable of working hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 45 lbs.
