About Our Martial Arts Instructor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated martial arts instructor to join our team at Impact Dojo. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for teaching martial arts skills to students of all ages and skill levels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging martial arts lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Supervise and manage groups of students during training sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, serving as a role model for students and colleagues alike
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a teaching or mentoring capacity
  • At least 1-5 years of experience teaching martial arts to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
