We estimate the salary for this position to be around $130,000 - $170,000 per year, based on industry standards and your qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Leverage expertise in statistical analysis, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) to drive process improvements and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate and improve quality engineering and manufacturing processes to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze customer specifications and industry trends to identify areas for quality improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and driving process improvements using Six Sigma and TQM methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Access, or similar software.
