**Driver - Supply Chain Specialist**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Mill Creek Lumber. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and pickup of materials to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily truck inspections and identify any necessary repairs.
- Inspect loads on the truck and reload as needed, securing them with chains and straps.
- Deliver loads to customer sites in a safe and efficient manner, physically unloading materials and confirming accuracy with delivery tickets.
- Pick up return materials as assigned.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, reporting any citations or violations.
- Present a courteous demeanor to all customers and the general public.
- Assist with building loads, loading trucks, counting inventory, and other duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- A safe driving and work record as determined by the company.
- Language skills sufficient to read road signs, invoices, addresses, and communicate with customers.
- Physical ability to lift 100 pounds.
- Corrected vision sufficient to drive, read, and inspect products.
- Hearing sufficient to drive and hear conversation and radio.
- Mobility and dexterity necessary to walk regularly, drive a truck, and manually carry materials.
- Ability to maintain favorable relations with coworkers and customers.
- Work in excess of eight hours per day and five days per week as required.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays.
The work environment for this position will be primarily outdoors, with varying degrees of noise levels and seasonal temperature extremes. You will be required to visit job sites, walking on uneven and rugged terrain on multi-phase construction sites.
