Key Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will oversee various aspects of the organization, including:
1. Daily operational management and administrative oversight.
2. Recruitment and scheduling of staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
3. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families.
4. Maintaining comprehensive records related to staffing and service delivery for each case.
5. Assisting in the development and management of a master schedule to align with budgeted hours as authorized by insurers.
6. Acting as a liaison between administrative and clinical teams, facilitating communication regarding case assignments and staff availability.
7. Supporting HR, Operations, and Clinical departments in their respective functions.
8. Adapting to additional responsibilities as required by the organization.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical, dental, or therapy office administration or scheduling role; 3-5 years preferred.
- Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
- A professional demeanor and appearance.
Working Conditions:
- The role may require occasional travel to various office locations.
- A high demand for telephone communication and the ability to manage stress effectively.
