We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Consultant for our Soho location. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on personalized experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Parachute products and brand values.
  • Ensure the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Support store operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

In light of health guidelines, adherence to safety protocols such as temperature checks and mask-wearing is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Availability to work weekends and during peak seasons.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or showroom environments is essential.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly.
  • Self-driven team player with a positive outlook.
  • A passion for home decor and interior design is preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are crucial for this role.
