Role Overview
As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Community Managers and Coordinators to ensure a welcoming experience for all members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upholding a warm and inviting atmosphere for all members and guests.
  • Welcoming visitors and notifying members of their arrival.
  • Managing front desk duties, including organizing literature and sorting incoming mail.
  • Ensuring a tidy and well-stocked kitchen area by preparing beverages, managing dishware, and replenishing supplies.
  • Maintaining the facility's standards through regular upkeep and maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshooting issues with office equipment such as printers and projectors.
  • Receiving and organizing deliveries for members in shared spaces.
  • Conducting tours for potential members or event inquiries and coordinating follow-ups with management.
