Leasing Consultant Opportunity

Weinstein Properties is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects, while also working to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with prospects to answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide tours of our communities
  • Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, and collect security deposits
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of resident issues
  • Develop and implement resident engagement strategies to drive retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Gracious, warm, and genuine nature
  • Positive, upbeat, and high-energy demeanor
  • Strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations
