We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Vaco. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with processing the company's payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update employee records and maintain pay-related files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process short and long-term disability payments, as well as other payroll-related duties.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions related to pay, benefits, and other employee inquiries.
- Assist with other related projects and tasks as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll, with a strong understanding of UKG and other payroll systems.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
