Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures. Your duties and tasks will reflect substantial variety and complexity, requiring originality and ingenuity. You will apply advanced skills to perform daily financial activities of the plant, ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports. You will also enter daily production hours into the Payroll System, balance hours, and maintain accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling of bank accounts, balancing books, and processing payments.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily financial activities of the plant

Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports

Enter daily production hours into Payroll System, balance hours, and maintain accuracy

Assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling of bank accounts, balancing books, and processing payments

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required, Bachelors preferred

Or 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
