Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Touch Cleaning: Clean all common areas, including break rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, and other high-traffic areas.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the shop, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
  • Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance: Perform lawn care and grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and hoppers, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Support to Production Teams: Assist production teams with tasks and projects as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Safety Record: Must have a good safety record and be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude and Work Ethic: Contribute a positive and productive attitude, and be self-motivated to complete tasks and projects.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to perform duties without supervision, and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience with Forklifts and Lawn Equipment: Experience with forklifts and lawn equipment is a plus.
