About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Engineering Team at Card Kingdom. As a TPM, you will be responsible for driving the design and development of products across multiple Engineering teams and stakeholders. Your strong project management skills, technical abilities, and high sense of ownership in delivery will make you a catalyst for cross-functional delivery.

This role requires a motivated and skilled individual who is comfortable digging into business requirements, drilling into architecture and design with development teams, and anticipating challenges. You will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with customer stakeholders and enterprise objectives, and providing regular status reports to the enterprise and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion.
  • Participate and influence in Prioritization Exercises.
  • Ensure alignment with customer stakeholders and enterprise objectives.
  • Provide regular status reports to the enterprise and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, including mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects with a software and/or robotics delivery focus.
  • Ability to be influential on a highly integrated team of technical and non-technical members as well as working with or managing third party vendors.
  • Technical acumen with experience within any of the following domains - eCommerce, Warehouse Logistics, and/or Robotics.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with current web development technologies, distributed architecture, and agile development methodology.
  • Ability to proactively identify dependencies/risks and work with your engineering counterparts to mitigate these.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize tasks.
  • Highly collaborative, and calm in the face of competing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
