Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide nursing care and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and clinics.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student health and academic success.
- Monitor students' health progress and provide appropriate feedback and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student health information.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a School Nurse.
- CPR Certification.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The School Nurse will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with students, staff, and parents on a regular basis. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
