Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest rehabilitation techniques and best practices

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Valid PT license or equivalent
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
