**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Zobility as a Hair Stylist Assistant. As a key member of our workforce management and staffing division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hair stylists with administrative tasks, digital projects, and client coordination.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordinating clients, and recruiting new clients.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, including data entry and digital database management.
  • Contribute to the creation, washing, and evaluation of hair swatches in our biophysics lab.
  • Utilize Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Word, PPT) to assist hair stylists with special IT projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Technical Assistant/Hair Stylist experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent computer and digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
