Global Customer Care Associate

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and resolving complex issues. About the Role:
This position involves communicating with customers and B2B dealers to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information. Your expertise in Spanish will enable you to communicate effectively with our B2B dealer network. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes. - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Communicating with B2B dealers to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School graduate degree
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Spanish speaking required
- Servicing B2B dealer experience preferred
- Warranty experience preferred
