At Sam's Club, we are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that members have a positive experience at our facilities, from the moment they step inside until they leave. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers and associates.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning floors, windows, and restrooms, as well as disposing of trash and recyclables in accordance with company sustainability guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition to your hourly wage, you may also be eligible for premium pay based on factors such as schedule, facility, and specific job duties. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. You should also be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and be willing to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company sustainability guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
