About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides/Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical services to elderly clients, including assistance with daily living activities, safety assistance, and companionship.
  • Help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.
  • Assist with household tasks, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Run errands, take clients to appointments, and engage in activities such as reading, music, puzzles, games, and cards.
  • Be awake and alert during overnight shifts to provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Pass a full employment background check.
  • Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • Have a HHA certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
