Job Description
This travel assignment offers the chance to work as a Physical Therapist in a home health setting, providing personalized care to patients in their own homes. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills required
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills and physical ability to move equipment (50-100lbs), push/pull, bend, grasp, fine manipulation, and stand for long periods
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with physicians and other health team members
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
  • Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
  • Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed
