Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a range of physical therapy needs, from rehabilitation to maintenance. Your expertise and clinical skills will enable you to develop effective treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and independence for our patients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform clinical testing and analysis to assess muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills
- Establish goals and objectives for each patient, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Administer treatments and interventions to improve functional abilities and reduce pain and discomfort
- Document patient progress and outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
This position is estimated to offer a salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
