Shep 3 North is an alternative care unit that provides long-term care to patients awaiting placement. The unit has 18-20 patients with various diagnoses, and the environment is consistent with that of a long-term care facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality patient care and leadership to LPNs and LNAs on the unit
* Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to ensure effective team collaboration
* Participate in unit operations and contribute to a positive work environment

**What We Offer:**

* $10K RN Sign-On Bonus (pro-rated for part-time roles)

**Requirements:**
