Nurse Care Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric clients in Burlington County.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) include:
- Following a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Performing home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders
- Performing client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) include:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
