Position Overview:

The Fitness Studio Operations Supervisor will oversee daily studio functions, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and Franchise Owner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing logistics and operations within the studio environment.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Manager on membership pricing and promotional offerings.
  • Collaborating with the Lead Trainer to ensure effective scheduling.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance member retention and loyalty.
  • Generating leads through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Participating in local networking events to promote the studio.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising sales staff in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • Evaluating sales staff performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Organizing monthly meetings to discuss sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Working with the Franchise Owner to maintain retail product standards.
  • Upholding studio policies and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing membership inquiries.
  • Overseeing inventory management of equipment and supplies.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with the studio owner to align on corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, service, fitness, or project management.
  • Proven ability to organize community events and build partnerships.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with reliability and punctuality.
  • Proficiency in Client Management Software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
