About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to join our team as a key member of our construction machinery sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts, as well as managing inventory levels and performing various administrative tasks. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

About the PositionThis role requires a detail-oriented individual who is highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing inventory and performing administrative tasks, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all inventory is stored safely and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receive, store, and distribute parts according to company procedures.
  2. Manage inventory levels, including tracking quantities, monitoring expiration dates, and implementing replenishment strategies.
  3. Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and filing.
  4. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery times, and other terms.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory and performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
