We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Krauss Maffei Corporation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the Midwest and Eastern US states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, qualify, repair, or alter independently machines (mechanically, electrically, and CNC) or associated equipment in customer's facilities.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve issues with CNC machine tools and automation.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the operation, maintenance, and repair of machines and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in a technical field and 3-5 years of related experience in the electrical field.
  • Thorough understanding of machinery processes, including robotic equipment, operations, and installations.
  • Hands-on electrical and mechanical experience with CNC machine tools and automation.
  • Knowledge of machine leveling and alignments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
