Requirements

  • Typically Requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM): You typically require a BS/BA degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics.
  • 5+ Years of Related Work Experience: You must have 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience with Automation Frameworks: You must have experience with automation frameworks such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
  • Background in COTS/FOSS Product Installation, Configuration, and Integration: You must have a background in COTS/FOSS product installation, configuration, and integration.
  • Experience Designing, Implementing, and Integrating Platform Infrastructure Services: You must have experience designing, implementing, and integrating platform infrastructure services using technologies such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Rancher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience Deploying, Configuring, and Supporting CICD Pipelines Tools: You must have experience deploying, configuring, and supporting CICD pipelines tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Gitlab.
  • Exposure to Cloud-Based Web Services: You must have exposure to cloud-based web services such as AWS.
  • Knowledge of Secure Coding Practices: You must have knowledge of secure coding practices such as OWASP, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience with Networking Concepts and Architectures: You must have experience with networking concepts and architectures.
  • Experience with Scanning Tools: You must have experience with scanning tools such as Nessus, Fortify, and Anchore.
  • Multi-Disciplined Infrastructure Experience: You must have multi-disciplined infrastructure experience with compute, networks, storage, and virtualization.
  • Experience Developing, Testing, and Delivering Applications within a DevSecOps Framework: You must have experience developing, testing, and delivering applications within a DevSecOps framework.
  • Experience with Programming/Scripting Languages: You must have experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, Bash, Perl, Ruby, and C++.
  • Current DoD 8570 Certification: You must have a current DoD 8570 certification such as CompTIA Security +, CCNA, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
