Palliative Care Specialist

At Calvary Hospital, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care to patients with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. As a Home Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of patient care services
  • Provide emotional, spiritual, and physical support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Current New York State Registered Nurse License/Permit
  • Two years of experience in nursing, including medical-surgical, oncological, and palliative care
  • At least one year of community hospice or home health experience preferred
