About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Brilliant Beginnings Child Development. As an Infant/Toddler teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment that promotes the growth and development of young children.

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Design: Develop and implement curriculums that align with our center's goals and objectives.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Environment Preparation: Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy learning environment that meets the needs of our young learners.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
