Key Responsibilities

Entry Level HVAC Service Technician - Initial Warehouse Training

Work will begin in the warehouse for a duration of 3-6 months before transitioning to field service.

What We Provide:

• Sign-on Bonus of $1,000
• Starting Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000; Experienced Technicians: $70,000 - $110,000+
• No Overnight or On-Call Shifts
• Experienced Technicians: $85,000 - $120,000

Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of HVAC experience.
• Must possess an EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license and effective communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials, including ductwork and equipment, up to 50 pounds.
• All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
