Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to support our Accounts Payable / Receivable department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team at AtWork Group.

The successful candidate will have excellent data entry and Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as great knowledge of Excel.

The role requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to manage spreadsheets and data entry with attention to detail.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to support our Accounts Payable / Receivable department.

The ideal candidate will have proven accounting experience or education, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general ledger duties as needed.
  • Invoice and handle payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage spreadsheets and data entry with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Proven accounting experience or education.
  • Excellent data entry and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Great knowledge of Excel.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.

Benefits:

Salary: $18-$25/hour (based on experience)

Type: Temp-To-Perm

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Estimated Salary: $38,760 - $52,000 per year
