About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and medication administration.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, while ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, ensuring the health and safety of our residents.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member, prioritizing patient care and satisfaction.
