Salary

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for overnight shifts from 12:00 am - 8:00 am, Sunday to Thursday.

Job Description

The Residential Specialist I will provide support services to individuals in recovery within our program serving four women with trauma and psychiatric hospitalization histories. This role involves documenting and delivering services, including Medicaid-reimbursable services, according to individual recovery plans.

The successful candidate will engage with individuals to ensure participation in programs and activities, orient them to available resources, teach Activities of Daily Living skills, and implement Individual Recovery Plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a GED or High School Diploma, preferably with experience in community mental health and working with individuals with trauma and long-term psychiatric hospitalization histories.

Knowledge of the Sanctuary Model is preferred but not required.
