**Job Summary**
The American Freight Furniture Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support to customers, achieving department standards and goals, and maintaining a clean, in-stock, and well-merchandised sales floor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions using approved sales practices and guidelines.
- Meet or exceed sales performance standards consistently.
- Stay up-to-date on merchandise lines, product features, benefits, and availability.
- Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
- Partner with other sales and sales support associates to provide superior customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Day, evening, and weekend availability for Full Time roles.
- Flexible scheduling for Part Time openings.
