Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering day-to-day security programs, personnel processing, and maintaining personnel clearances, investigations, and government non-disclosure agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer security programs, personnel processing, and document control systems.
  • Maintain personnel clearances, investigations, and government non-disclosure agreements.
  • Participate in developing and administering a comprehensive Security Awareness and Education Program.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with government customers and commercial clients.
  • Investigate and report security violations and incidents.
  • Assist employees with investigation process for personnel security clearances.
  • Support divisions in all security matters, including obtaining credentials and badges.
  • Assist with maintaining visitor control processes and systems.
  • Assist with security efforts regarding International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Requirements

  • At least an Associate's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of previous related experience.
  • FSO certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with DISS, BAVR, and eQIP records is preferred.
  • A valid state driver's license is preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
