Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to become part of our team.

The Imprinting Preparation Specialist will collaborate closely with both the production/assembly team and the graphics department to carry out essential tasks that ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities for the Imprinting Preparation Specialist include:

  • Reviewing work orders to ascertain details such as quantities to be printed, production timelines, material specifications, color requirements, and sequences.
  • Unpacking materials designated for printing production.
  • Folding, bagging, and/or boxing the finished products.
  • Conducting quality checks throughout the production process to confirm that the correct quantities have been printed and packaged for shipment.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety during operations.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or production.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in PC applications (MS Office).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The capability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.

Familiarity with label-making software is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
