High-Speed Chain Drive Systems Technician

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is an international tier-one supplier of high-speed chain drive systems to the automotive industry.
We are seeking a skilled Tensioner Technician I to maintain the basic daily operation of our primary tensioner machine(s). This role is crucial in ensuring the machine produces quality parts while meeting productivity rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and adjust tensioner machining equipment, including tooling and presetting.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the quality of produced parts meets our standards.
- Verify parts meet quality specifications using small testing equipment such as calipers and microscopes.
- Read and interpret part prints to ensure accurate production.
- Operate multiple lines efficiently, with the ability to run up to 4 lines simultaneously.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Zero to two years of related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with 5S principles.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with 24-hour notice.

- A salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
