Position Summary

Role Overview: Responsible for selling concessions to patrons during various events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide concessions, including beverages and food items, to guests at events.
  • Deliver service in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to established service protocols.
  • Engage with customers, addressing any complaints in a courteous, service-oriented way, and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
  • Process sales transactions promptly and accurately, ensuring all purchases are recorded in the cash register.
  • Handle cash transactions, provide change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts to customers while following cash handling procedures.
  • Accountable for assigned cash funds and receipts, ensuring compliance with cash drawer standards.
  • Perform additional tasks such as restocking condiments and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the concession area.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
