Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our amenity buildings and private homes, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
  • Operate mechanized cleaning equipment and maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
  • Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry, and iron and press linen
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2 years of housekeeping experience or equivalent preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
