Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to fill a vital role in our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial part in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical documentation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Strong data collection skills to accurately track client progress
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
