Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Production Programs: Design and develop production programs to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Manage Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including process instructions, quality control procedures, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with senior design engineers, integrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to reduce costs and increase quality.
- Develop and Maintain Quality Control Procedures: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer technical expertise and support to customers, internal departments, and program managers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Education: Degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, wire/cable manufacturing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and ability to resolve equipment issues.
- Competitive Salary: $90,000-$100,000 base salary.
