Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical support for cable and harness manufacturing, including process improvement, problem-solving, and customer interface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Programs: Design and develop production programs to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
  • Manage Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including process instructions, quality control procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with senior design engineers, integrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to reduce costs and increase quality.
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Control Procedures: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical expertise and support to customers, internal departments, and program managers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, wire/cable manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and ability to resolve equipment issues.
