We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to contribute to our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Promote properties and highlight amenities to attract potential residents
- Utilize various media channels and promotional materials to advertise available units
- Assess the needs, living standards, and financial qualifications of prospective tenants
- Verify rental application information and personal references
- Stay informed about the current property market trends
- Negotiate leasing terms and successfully finalize agreements
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Community Director

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED), a solid background in customer service, and fundamental computer skills. Preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience in HUD regulations.

The role demands strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, along with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor. A professional appearance must be maintained in accordance with company standards.
