Establishing robust client connections, addressing project challenges, and negotiating agreements are essential duties. This role also involves collaborating with fellow CEC professionals to identify opportunities, mentor team members, and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- 7-20 years of experience in design and permitting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related discipline
- Expertise in civil design and permitting concerning layout, grading, stormwater management, and erosion control
- Demonstrated capability to cultivate business opportunities with stakeholders
- Active participation in industry organizations
- Outstanding communication and strategic abilities
- Proficient in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
