Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed Physician to become a vital part of our Emergency Medicine Program. This role includes:
- Managing an annual Emergency Department volume of approximately 32,000 visits
- Overseeing 22 beds within the Emergency Department
- Providing 24 hours of physician coverage daily
- Collaborating with 20 hours of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant coverage
- Handling an average of 1.8 patients per hour
- Utilizing the EMR system: MEDHOST EDIS
- Maintaining a 25% admission rate
- Experiencing an expedited credentialing process
