Oasis Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and patient LPN to provide high-quality care to our patients. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor to provide basic care to patients, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Record patient medical history accurately
  • Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
  • Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side effects of medications
  • Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, etc.
  • Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, etc., and clean and dress wounds
  • Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an LPN or similar role
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide diverse care tasks
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress
