Job Summary:

Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Record accurate patient medical histories
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating and bathing
  • Administer injections, prescribed medications, and clean and dress wounds
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families

Requirements:
  • Current LPN license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards
