Senior Financial Operations Coordinator

The Senior Financial Operations Coordinator position at H&K Chevrolet Inc. involves overseeing all aspects of the company's accounts payable and receivable operations.

• Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports
• Resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors and suppliers in a timely manner
• Generate and send out invoices to customers promptly
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections effectively
• Post and track payments received accurately
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Prior experience in accounts payable and receivable or a related field is required
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for success in this role
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office is necessary

• You should be able to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and customers
• A knowledge of accounting principles and procedures is also required
• An Associate's degree in accounting or a similar field is preferred but not required
