Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Oversight: Maintain precise records of maintenance parts inventory, including stock levels and reorder points. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Assist in the development of inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels. Purchase Order Management: Create purchase orders based on requisitions and inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement of necessary parts and materials. Collaborate with teams to validate purchase requisitions and monitor order statuses. Vendor Relations: Maintain a database of approved vendors, collaborating with procurement to evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for cost-effective procurement. Documentation Management: Keep organized records of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Assist in managing maintenance manuals and technical documents for easy access.
