Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate - Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team at Denver Health, a leading integrated, high-quality academic health care system. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting various research-related activities on projects that focus on a variety of topics related to health- and healthcare services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for conducting subject-related activities, such as screening and consenting for recruitment, collecting samples, and tracking outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear, concise, and organized records, and ensuring confidentiality regarding patient and other sensitive information.
Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with data management activities, including collection and entry, and assessment for accuracy, integrity, and intervention fidelity. You will also be responsible for assisting in database management, analysis and reporting, and disseminating results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of research experience, with a strong understanding of research methods and the ability to apply general research best practices.
This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $55,886.00 - $81,258.00 per year, and a benefits package that includes up to 27 paid days off per year, immediate retirement plan employer contribution up to 9.5%, and generous medical plans. Located near downtown Denver, Denver Health is just minutes away from many of the cultural and recreational activities Denver has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts subject-related activities, such as screening and consenting for recruitment, collecting samples, and tracking outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
