We are seeking a skilled and experienced MR Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams and x-rays, ensuring patient safety and information security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills.

• Perform MRI exams and x-rays in accordance with standard protocols and procedures.
• Discuss procedures with patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that MRI rooms are stocked with sufficient supplies for all scheduled exams.
• Turn on MRI machines and perform QA in the morning, guaranteeing their proper functioning.

• A degree from an ACR-approved school for Radiologic Technology.
• 1-3 years of experience as a MR Technologist, with equivalent combination of education and training.
• Current ARRT Certificate or ARMRIT certificate, including MRI and RT (X-ray) certifications.
• BLS provider card and Venipuncture Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, cross-sectional anatomy, and blood-borne pathogen requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting; occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Hand and finger mobility for use of keyboards and other imaging equipment.
• Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

$64,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
